· If applicable, we also collect your phyto-license number;

· Time and place data, such as when and where you did something related to a processing of our organization, this could include commercial transactions, building access, contract signing, etc;

· Transaction information, such as your bank account number, deposits, purchase details, withdrawals and payments involving you;

· Audio-visual data, such as surveillance footage taken in or around our offices or business premises or recordings of telephone calls to our customer service department;

· Data and online behavior and preferences, such as the IP address of your mobile device or computer and the pages you visit on our website or apps;

· Location data if you use our geolocation apps;

· Of contacts at companies, we may collect the name, e-mail address, job title and phone number.

Depending on the type of products you purchase from us, we may collect less or more data than stated above.
We do not directly provide information about information society products or services to children under the age of 13 (for example, online services made available by or through Ets. L. ETS. L. RIGAUX SRL is committed to protecting data and in particular data concerning children. We only collect data about children when they use a product or service of ETS. L. RIGAUX SRL or when you provide data about these children in connection with a product or service you purchase.

3. Why do we process your personal data?

What can you do to protect your data?

Location and transfer of data

The servers that store and process your data, including databases, are located entirely within the European Union. If this changes, we will take the necessary steps as described in the "Third Party Information" above.

ETS. L. RIGAUX SRL will immediately inform you, if we are authorized to do so, in the event of a request from an administrative or legal authority regarding your data.

6. How long do we process your personal data?

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. After this period, we have implemented workable solutions for archiving or deletion.

When deciding how long to store your data, we must also take into account the retention requirements that other applicable laws may impose. We may also store your data as evidence in case of legal discussions. Therefore, there is no general retention period for your data - it varies depending on the purposes for which your data is processed. For example, payment information must be retained for seven years after the tax year following the tax code; surveillance camera recordings are kept for a shorter period, namely a maximum of 30 days, as required by law.
