We source yellow peas from Belgium and neighboring countries. The climate allows cultivation without irrigation or fertilizers. Peas naturally fix nitrogen and improve soil health. Our mechanical air classification process uses no chemicals or water, and we’ve completed a Life Cycle Assessment to validate our environmental impact.
